Google Loves Law Firms FAQS
Search Engine Optimisation is something that every law firm needs to think about for their website. Of course, there is always likely to be a need for your services. Which can help when it comes to making sure that you are a success. But that doesn’t mean that you don’t need to be online.
In fact, whilst clients are going to want to use your services, how are they going to choose you if they can’t find you?
This is where SEO comes in to play. You need to ensure that your website content is optimised. That it is going to show on a Google search when your clients want to find you.
There are a variety of things that you can do to make sure that Google sees you and in turn that your clients see you too. However, one that you should never underestimate is the power of FAQs.
Why is this? What makes Google love law firms FAQS?
It is optimised for mobile searches
More than half of the searches that are completed each and every day. Which means that Google likes to see websites that are designed for mobile users, over those designed for desktop users alone. When you create an FAQ. You are likely to make the questions and answers relatively simple and straightforward. Which means that they will be easy enough to read and follow on a mobile device.
It also works for voice searching
Another key part of searching for things online at the moment are voice searches. We have seen this increase due to the inclusion of voice search functionality on mobile phones as well as home search devices such as Alexa and Google home. When you search with your voice you are going to search in a different way to how you would search if you were typing it in, which means that keywords need to be written in a more conversational way.
It can be packed full of keywords
When you create content for your website, one thing that you need to make sure that you focus on are keywords. Of course, this should be in keeping with high-quality content. However, the keywords are what will bring clients in. When you write FAQs for your website, you are going to have the opportunity to add in plenty of keywords which can be used to boost your SEO.
It is good for your clients too
When it comes to creating FAQS for your website, you are going to want to make sure that you think about your clients too. They are likely to use your FAQS as a way to find out more about what services that you can offer them and also answer any key questions that they may have about areas of law that you work in.
There are plenty of reasons that you should be making an FAQ for your website. So, what are you waiting for? Think about the key questions that you are asked from clients and use them to base your own FAQ page.
