Marketing Reviews and Audits for B2B and Professional Service firms in London, Kent and the UK.

When you’ve been doing your marketing year after year it can sometimes get a little same old, same old. You keep pushing forward with it because you know you have to but you’re not seeing any results. And that’s frustrating.

I understand that you can be so busy with your business or keeping your Directors or Board happy that you don’t have the time to get your head around what’s working and what isn’t and there is no room to even start thinking about what new trends you should be implementing!

That’s where a marketing review and audit can help.

I have been working with B2B businesses and professional service firms of all sizes in London, Kent, and the UK to help review and audit all of their marketing activity. I take a deep dive marketing review into key areas such as your:

  • competitive landscape and industry insights as well as your macro-environment and client feedback.
  • business plan, marketing plan, and objectives.
  • branding and messaging such as your core Brand DNA, assets, messages, USP, and target audiences and personas.
  • the products and services that you offer to clients.
  • marketing operations such as systems & processes, resourcing, budgeting.
  • all online and offline marketing channels as well as business development activities.
  • Metrics for your marketing team and you leadership team.

I’ll then provide a thorough recommendations document for you to present to your leadership team, marketing team and can then implement.

I find my clients have really appreciated (and dare I say enjoyed!) getting a fresh perspective on their marketing and knowing how to make an impact going forward.

Take a look below at how a marketing review can work for you and don’t forget I offer a free 30-min discovery call to new clients to understand what they need and see where I can help (please note I do not give advice in these calls).

FAQs

The first point of call is to send over my discovery planning questions document so that you can understand the breadth and the depth of the review questions that I am planning to ask.

We would then map out who in the business I would need to meet and talk to gain the answers that I need. That may just be you or it can involve your marketing team, sales team, product or services manager, HR or the CEO. The idea here is to get a 360 degree overview.

I then go away and take time to formulate my thoughts and recommendations.

The output is usually a recommendations document that looks at the problem, the solution, steps to resolve the problem with budgeting and resourcing. The last review I completed for my client they said ‘they were blown away by the quality of the review’.

My aim is for you to get a set of recommendations that are well thought through and tailored to your business.

My marketing reviews and audits are for B2B businesses, professional service firms and law firms that are now looking to take the next step. They have been established for some time but now realise having a second pair of eyes and ears on their marketing activities and operations will help them grow.

If you feel stuck, you’re not sure what’s going right or wrong or your marketing team isn’t meeting your expectations then this would be a flag to start considering a marketing review and audit for your business.

By assessing your firm’s branding, online presence, advertising strategies, and client outreach, you can enhance your visibility, attract more clients, and nurture stronger relationships.

If you’re looking to take your B2B business or professional services firm’s marketing to the next level, I would definitely recommend considering conducting a comprehensive marketing review. It can help you identify areas for improvement and develop a winning marketing plan that sets your firm apart from your competition.

    • competitive landscape and industry insights.
    • macro-environment and client feedback.
    • business plan, marketing plan, and objectives.
    • branding and messaging such as your core Brand DNA, assets, messages, USP, and target audiences and personas.
    • the products and services that you offer to clients and future growth plans.
    • marketing operations such as systems & processes, resourcing, budgeting.
    • all online and offline marketing channels as well as business development activities
    • Metrics and reporting

You’ll then be provided with a list of recommendations and reasoning that you can take forward or present to your leadership or management team.
