For the last six months, I have been working with a commercial law firm, similar to the structure of keystone law. I was brought on by their managing partner to help with their marketing. Although great at business the firm was struggling with its branding, website and how to use its marketing channels correctly.
I was brought on to help write a structured marketing plan for the firm and have been working on a retainer basis ever since to help market the firm.
Back to Basics Marketing
This has been no mean feat! There has been much to do and I have had to start with building the basics of their marketing. I brought on one of my trustee agencies who have helped with tweaking the logo, creating brand guidelines, social media headers, redesigning business cards and we are now at the stage where we are looking at writing and designing the Partner and firm brochures too.
Once this has been done for the firm, and it does take time we will then be looking at creating a social media strategy for the firm as well as regular email communications and running campaigns to help raise awareness of this already, very popular growing firm.
Being open to ideas
I’m still working with them as I write this and will be attending a Partner meeting to share all these great updates with the rest of the firm. It’s an exciting time for the firm as it grows and I am very lucky to work with a Managing Partner who is very open to ideas!
