A rebrand for a boutique employment law firm

I was approached by a boutique employment law firm in the heart of London to develop their marketing plan and serve as their outsourced marketing manager. The initial step involved sitting down with the firm’s main partners to delve into their objectives, target market, service offerings, and past experiences with marketing channels.

Clarifying the Vision

Through these discussions, I gained a comprehensive understanding of the firm and the direction they aimed to take. With this insight, I created a marketing plan that outlined a clear strategy and provided practical advice on optimising their marketing channels.

Addressing an Outdated Brand

One of the key findings was that the firm’s branding looked outdated compared to their competitors. As part of managing their marketing, I also took on the responsibility of overseeing their brand refresh. The partners expressed their relief at having someone guide them through the rebranding process, as they were unfamiliar with it and needed expert support.

Next Steps

As I write this, I’m in the process of sourcing design and web agencies to kick-start the rebranding. I’m excited to lead them through this transformation, offering advice and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Rebrands are a passion of mine, and I’m eager to help them modernise their brand and elevate their market presence.
