Recently I have had the pleasure of working with an accountancy firm based in Greenwich. They got in touch as they wanted to start their marketing journey but were unsure where to actually begin. They were on the hunt for a marketing consultant to help.

What the client wanted was mentoring and advice for the Marketing Assistant in the firm so she could understand what she was doing well and what else should be on her radar.

Back to basics

I looked at their marketing channels and realized that it was key to get some baseline marketing in place especially when it came to their website and SEO. It wasn’t working well and one of their objectives was to increase the presence on local search. So we got straight to it and implemented the SEO changes there and then on the website during the session.

Next steps

I have also been guiding them with their website restructure and next stop social media and content.

There are a lot of the basics that need covering and so far from the feedback they have found the sessions useful in terms of working through their marketing.

They have also started to see search improvements in their SEO rankings.
