I collaborate with business owners, managing partners, or CEOs to either develop a new marketing plan or conduct a marketing review. This review helps identify what they are doing right, highlights areas needing improvement, and offers recommendations to enhance their marketing efforts.
Launching New Products
Recently, I’ve been involved in launching new products for clients, particularly in the B2B and tech sectors, as well as professional services. This process is fascinating as it involves analysing the competition, staying current with trends, and understanding client needs. We delve deeply into target market segmentation and key messaging. It’s rewarding to take an idea through the process of bringing it to market in a structured way that makes a significant impact.
Recruitment for Clients
Lastly, I often serve as a fractional marketing director, which includes identifying resource needs for businesses. Recruitment is a crucial part of this role. I assist in writing job descriptions, sifting through CVs, and conducting first-stage interviews. This helps alleviate the recruitment stress for my clients. With my marketing expertise, I ensure we push the right candidates forward, making the recruitment process smoother and more effective.
