Chatbots and Live Chat – how it’s helped my business

So back in May, I made the decision that I wanted to put a chatbot on my site. I’d heard some very good things about it, and I wanted to give it a go. So I’ve got a WordPress site. I have added a chatbot plugin called TIDIO, and I’ve been using that for a couple of months now. And it’s very exciting for me.
Within the first month, I had two inquiries through the live chat that both turned into paying clients. And I was like, what? This is crazy. Why haven’t I done this sooner? So really I just wanted to put this out there that I’ve had some very good fortune with, adding a chatbot to my website. And if you’re thinking about it, it’s definitely worth it.
The chatbot that I have is a combination of automatic bots and also a live chat
And it’s the live chat that has been very, very useful because people just literally fire off questions. So even though I’ve had two clients, I’ve had numerous conversations with people over the live chat, and I just find it is a really good way of generating business so much so I don’t know why I didn’t really do it sooner. It’s absolutely silly.
It’s just very much a piece of advice for you guys that if you are thinking about it, do it if you haven’t thought about it, maybe look into it, but it’s definitely a quicker way for clients to reach out to you and to do business.
